An ancient Roman bronze statuette of Jupiter (Zeus). The god stands nude except for a drapery over his left shoulder with his weight on his right leg. On his head rests a crown, in his right hand he holds a thunderbolt, his left hand once held his scepter.

Formerly in a South German private collection, acquired in the 1970's.
